With that in mind, I’ve often found that the most effective way to grow is to seek out and listen to people who see things from a different perspective. That’s why I’m excited to introduce our new roundtable series, Leadership Perspectives.

This series is a collection of conversations with interesting people I’ve met, ranging from the front lines to the C-suite. These are people who are helping to drive innovation within their companies, as well as the industry; by taking risks, trying new approaches, implementing new processes and technologies, or otherwise just being “different”. They are fascinating, thought-provoking and somewhat radical leaders who are charting a better course.

My hope is that each interview educates, inspires and encourages people to look more closely at their own life’s experiences and share their insights.
